Choosing an Omega 3 Oil

Do you prefer Liquid, Smoothy or Capsules?

Liquid?

Today's pharmaceutical grade liquids have a pleasant taste and are easy to digest. Liquids are the most bio-available method of absorbing omega 3 and they also offer the best value for money. Particularly easy to administer to children of all ages.

Smoothy?

A high potency fish oil in a mouth watering berry and fruit base that can be taken directly off the spoon without the undesirable after taste of fish.

Capsules?

We recommend:

  • MorEPA Minis, a combination of Omega 3 EPA with Evening Primrose Oil in a strawberry flavoured capsule.
